It is also very wrong to discuss money via the internet, when you meet someone and he asks you to send money to him, please don't waste your time listening to such, all he wants from you is your money. Never receive cheques from anyone and never send money to anybody. Always make sure you see the person you are chatting with on cam to really be sure he is the one as displayed on his or her profile. Be wise and don't fall victim of scammers.
